Viara Lupo, CSS founder, has always focused her attention on providing excellence and precision in planning, organizing, directing, and decision making. Her professional journey began as a financial manager at Fannie Mae, where she honed her expertise in some of the most rigorous financial practices. With a passion for innovation and a drive to apply her financial acumen to the IT sector, Viara founded CSS in 2009. Alongside her husband Ted Lupo, she envisioned creating a “collaborative workspace where we can work together, contribute to our nation and our employees’ well-being.”

CSS quickly gained a reputation for delivering exceptional personnel and high-quality services, earning the trust and respect of large businesses. This led to opportunities to subcontract for various government agencies. Building on this foundation, CSS invested heavily in maintaining and enhancing its ability to provide top-tier services. As customer needs evolved, Viara and Ted took strategic steps to expand the CSS leadership team. Thanks to these efforts and a steadfast focus on fulfilling customer missions, CSS has achieved an impressive annual growth rate of 70% since 2015, broadening its reach to support additional federal agencies.
